Fukudome is the latest ball player the MLB has gotten from Japan and he's off to a great start, hitting up a storm. Cubs fans love him, the team loves him, the Japanese in Chicago love him, but most of all, the people that produce the freaking karate kid headbands love him. They are making a ton of money off those things!
Really, is that necessary? Just because he hails from Japan, does that mean he's the karate kid? The worst part is that they say "horry cow!" Like the Japanese version of Harry Carey. I would be pissed! Seriously Chicago, this is 2008. Get with it.
