These parent's probably regulate their internet activity due to the crazies on the internet, which are apparently so much more dangerous than the real life crazies.
Not only are these shorts SUPER short, but half the time they have something written on the @ss. That just screams "hey you creepy old guy, check out my 16 year old butt!"
Yeah, sure I'm jealous I can't fit my butt into those shorts, but you can bet your sweet 16 year old @ss Addie won't be shakin hers in those!
